So you have had a look around and you have found some items you wish to book from us for your event but what do you do?

 

First thing is if not sure then have a chat with us. We are here firstly to help you so if you click on the chat box or complete the form and we will get back to you or what's app us if you prefer to discuss about your needs.  We will be happy to assist you and find out if the requested items are available for you on the date you want and if not free on the dates you want we will still help you find the items from someone else if wish.

Once you are happy with the quote all we ask for is a small booking fee, non-refundable unless we are the ones at fault. This will secure your booking once it's been received, and we will issue you a confirmation email with invoice  and booking details with the dates times and items booked with us and our terms and conditions.

Q- How long is the hire period for your items?

A-This depends on your individual needs and depends on the items you wish to book with us.

 

Q-Do you refund booking fees if I cancelled my booking?

​

A-No unfortunately not, unless in extreme circumstances.

Q-What if my booking is cancelled and it's not my fault?

 

A-If your event is cancelled and it is out of anyone's control (like the covid-19 virus) then we would consider a refund of the booking fee or rearrange your booking depending on what you wanted to do. It all depends on the reasons behind it being cancelled we will review it case by case.

Q-How do I know you're going to turn up with my hire items or disco?

​

A-With all our customers we keep in contact as and when needed, plus you are more than welcome to contact us any time not a problem. We normally confirm all our bookings before the event takes place via email text, what's app or Facebook and provide you with our time of arrival.
